Important Updates
1. Appeal to DPS, Anandapuram by Parents of the school -
2. A.P Govt has not regularized or approved any school Fees as on 7-2-2022. Nor Hon’ble High Court of A.P allowed to collect the unregulated Fees. Moreover, it has instructed the schools to refund or adjust the excess fee collected so far after releasing of new fees structure by 31-03-2022. APSERMC - Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission issued a paper notification on 30-1-2022.
3. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) of India instructed the District Collector, Visakhapatnam, to take appropriate action, in connection with a complaint against DPS, Anandapuram
4. The National Human Rights Commission of India, accepted the complaint filed by a Mother of a Child from DPS, anandapuram (Case No.- 65/1/21/2022) and instructed the THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, AP, and THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, Visakhapatnam take appropriate action against accused school management.
5.We demand the school to restrain Mrs. Fathima Omar from harassing and insulting the children and parents with derogatory words for unregulated school fees.
