Some of the Frequently Asked Questions by Parents...

As of today i.e 8-02-2022, Our school DPS Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam is not following the CBSE Bye-Laws properly. 
Such as not updating the SMC Major decisions on the school’s website as per the CBSE Bye-Laws Chapter 14, Point Number 5. And the school did not constitute the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) as per the RTE Act 2009 and The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights of India guidelines.And School did not update the PTA activities on the school’s website as per the CBSE Bye-Laws Chapter 14, Point Number 5. And school is not following the CBSE instructions issued on Dt: 21-05-2021, Circular Number: 09/2021 (Click here for reference)

Answer to this question will be updated ASAP by other parent members who have experience in such issues and/or from our legal team.

Under section 5(3) of RTE Act and AP Govt order Memo Rc.No.151/A&I/2020 Dated:23/06/2021, Principle should issue the school Transfer Certificate within 7 days.
